Why Dad the Sleep Coach?

Dad the Sleep Coach Philosophy

Better sleep isn’t about finding a magic schedule. It’s about having the right plan for your baby and the confidence to stick with it.

I combine practical, personalized sleep strategies with real-world support to help families build better sleep habits that actually work for them. And because better sleep shouldn’t fall entirely on Mom, I put a special emphasis on helping Dads become confident, active partners in the process.

What parents are saying

  • "Within the first week, [daughter] began falling asleep on her own within a few minutes of being put down and wouldn’t even cry. Thanks to Cory, our whole family is finally getting the rest we all needed."

David | sleep trained his 6-month old

  • "Overnight sleep improved the first night, and within a week our baby was sleeping through the night. The plan was truly tailored to us and actually worked. Cory was easily reachable and answered all our questions, which made the process so much smoother and gave us more confidence."

Matthew | sleep trained his 7-month old

  • "We were so sick of trying a new way to improve sleep every week that we saw on TikTok. Cory told us exactly what to do, point blank. Every time we would deviate from his plan, our son’s sleep would get worse. We got back on track and instant improvement again. It’s been great having a consistent plan in a world where there’s too much information and you’re not sure what to do."

Emily | sleep trained her 4-month old

Is Dad the Sleep Coach right for your family?

Sleep coaching works best when your family is ready for a consistent approach. Before getting started, make sure the following sounds like you:

  • Your baby is at least 5 months old (adjusted age, if born early).

  • You’ve spoken with your pediatrician and your baby is ready for sleep training.

  • You’re not expecting major travel, transitions, or disruptions over the next two weeks.

  • You understand that there may be some tears as your baby adjusts to a new way of falling asleep.

  • You and your partner are ready to follow a consistent plan and support each other through the process.

  • Your baby does not have significant developmental delays or complex medical or special needs that require guidance from a medical professional or specialist.

As a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Families with complex medical or developmental needs should work with their pediatrician or an appropriately qualified specialist.
